Was first contacted by phone and asked about my resume. Was then invited in to be introduced and given a tour of the office/workshop. Lastly, was asked to hand sketch a coil and dimension it as best as possible using a tape measure. Also was asked to do a 30 min assessment on viewing objects from different perspectives.
