The interview process is slow beyond words. They wait weeks and months before getting back to you. During the interview they asked me illegal questions (age, if I had children and why I didn't have children). They waited 3 months to tell me they had moved on. I got the strong impression that if you don't belong to their church group, you're just not going to get hired. The man who interviewed me was a complete narcissistic misogynist.
