The interview was thorough and to the point. There was not much left unsaid and the interviewer was open to answering any and all questions. I was offered a job on the spot, which seems to happen often. This company has a lot of turnaround on employees, which was mentioned, although the reason why there was such a large turnaround was not mentioned.
