The process involved a personality test, a timed coding assessment in a language of your preference with about three questions, and a face-to-face interview with the recruiter. I then had a technical interview.

I was reached out to by a recruiter. The whole process had 2 stages. The first one was an online test with single or multiple choice questions (these are often extremely ambiguous) and a tech task. Then you have a tech interview. The questions themselves were quite easy but there is another live coding challenge where you can't use an IDE or debugger. Failed live coding got an automated rejection email just in a few minutes. Do not recommend.

I appreciated the structure of the interview—it was well-organized and gave me an opportunity to showcase my strengths. It also gave me a good sense of the company's culture and what they value in a candidate. Overall, it was both challenging and encouraging, and I left the interview feeling confident and motivated.
