The phone interviewer was very kind and personable, and she was transparent about what they were looking for and their timeline. A day later, I received an email to schedule my second interview and was able to set up a Zoom interview with my potential supervisor. She was also extremely kind, personable, and transparent throughout the process. A couple of days later, I received a call offering me the position.
