The process was pretty much like any other job, I saw the position online and applied for a job at the branch. I got a call from HR asking to do a personal one on one interview with the branch manager. I went, we discussed what the job was like and he asked me questions. Afterwards, I had to wait for the call from HR if I was a good candidate for the job. I got the call about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks later offering the position.
