Applied online 4 days later had a phone interview then an interview with deputy manager and team leader. Relaxed atmosphere very friendly interview, Offered job straight away and accepted. CRB checks were done and I started three weeks later.

Asked what I thought the job involved and what I would be doing.?
What would I do if somebody fell over?
What would I do if someone became violent.?
Then had a small maths test and a scenario based question
