Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Ancestry (Indian Wells, CA) en jul 2021
Entrevista
I first had a screening interview with the recruiter, then a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. 3rd interview was to give a presentation of previous product owned to a group of individuals who represented cross-functional teams. Followed by interviews with other PMs, software development managers and a software engineer.

Tell me about a time where you had to make a decision about which feature or item to prioritize next and how you arrived at the decision? How did you deal with those that disagreed with the decision?
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Ancestry (Lehi, UT) en ago 2016
Entrevista
5 or 6 painfully redundant phone screens.
After the first 2, they told me they wanted me to fly out for an onsite. The next week, however, they told me I needed to do 2 more, 1-hour phone screens. Then a few more. Every one went exceptionally well.
During the process, the recruiter missed 2 appointments. Forgot to tell me about another phone screen and we repeated MIA when I asked for updates on the process.
All this, and I get a form rejection email. I feel like they owe me more than that. Some meaningful feedback is all I ask. Instead I get rejection.
This process is broken and Ancestry.com is just perpetuating the problems. No clue and no insight to change.
