Two very easy interview. Seems like a chill environment to work but long hours and Saturday shift made me not want to be part of it. But management seems like it’s interested in helping you grow

Thank you so much for your feedback and honesty. Our hours our long, but we offer a compressed 12-18 month long Management Program so to expedite growth, we have to compress a lot of training into a little time. Pay now and play later is the motto we embody. We wish you luck in your career search.

The office was young, with people coming and going. Interviewer said the purpose of the interview was for them to get to know me a little bit, put a name to a face, stuff like that. The interviewer spent most of the interview talking about the company than asking me questions. My answers essentially did not change the direction of the interview at all.
