I think the interview process took a long time. First, I had an interview with the HR manager and the department manager. Then, they invited me to the office to take an exam. After that, they told me that for the third interview, I would need to make a presentation. The whole process took about one month in total. Then, I waited another month and a half for their response. When they say they’ll get back to you in 10 days, it usually ends up taking around 20. For a junior position, I think this process is a bit exaggerated and overwhelming.
