I had a very challenging interview experience with the hiring manager, who oversees part of the support organization. During the conversation, I found their communication style unprofessional and difficult to follow, as English is this person's second language. Additionally, it appeared that the interview process did not follow standard Anaqua hiring procedures, as the interview seemed to bypass the typical HR-led process.
