Very strange company, process took 3 months, had over 10 interviews was told I had the job and a week before start was told they were "restructuring" and offer was withdrawn. Company seems paranoid. Seemed to worry about if I had anything else going on?

It was a preliminary short interview conducted by Human Resources conducted via Skype. It was casual and she asked very few questions mainly just why are you interested in this company and asked about expected salary.
