Firstly you are called and asked for a meeting in the company office. You have to present yourself in English. Then you have to do an IQ test. Then you have to solve a task given. After that you are called again and asked for another meeting, where you talk with Team Leaders for about an hour each. Then you are called again with a proposition of work.
