The interview consisted of a phone screen with a recruiter followed by a Teams interview with the hiring manager, then a Teams panel interview with three other managers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable process! The hiring team was a pleasure to speak with, and it was clear that they were knowledgeable and passionate about the work and organization. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from the hiring team since the last phase of the interview in late October, so I am assuming that I was not selected for the position.
