Interview process is unnecesaarily long and daunting. A total of 4 interviews with who I thought was a great group of people. I had my last interview with a VP of Finance and again, got positive feedback for my answers. When I didn’t hear back from Amplify regarding the position ( I just now saw they reposted the job for the third time), I sent an email asking when the decision would be made, and they ghosted me. No feedback, no replies to emails, nothing. Per the other reviews, this appears to be part of Amplify's hiring culture. I feel like Amplify would be the same company that would complain online or amongst themselves about how "inadequate" and unresponsive applicants are. I find it interesting they responded to earlier reviews that this is not how they want to do things - only for them to still be ghosting applicants in November of 2023. That said, if you happen to interview with them, don’t get your hopes up about getting the job. They put you through MULTIPLE interviews and give you positive feedback at each step and then ghost you.
