The interview process at Amplify is efficient and fast. After applying for the position via LinkedIn, I was contacted by HR a week later to schedule my initial phone interview. After the interview, I was contacted again to complete a test assignment that would be part of the discussion on my next interview via Skype.
The Skype interview involved four members of the hiring department, but was relaxed and enjoyable. Questions asked by the four members are to the point and focus on the company, the position and the candidate. There are none of the typical "Interview 101" questions that serve no real purpose toward qualifying a candidate.
While I did not receive an offer, I was telephoned by one of Amplify's recruiters with feedback about my interview. This alone speaks volumes of the company as they truly care about the people aspect of the hiring process.
