Interview was regarding learnt skills, clinical knowledge, basic demographics, how am I in making conversations, work ethic, and how the company operates. What the organization expects from the clinician and the technical know-how.
It was very straight forward. More of a conversation than an interview. The people that I spoke to in HR were very timely and efficient, and were helpful in answering any of the questions that I had in the process!
Questions about team work, sales and future goals. They also ask about our knowledge of hearing aid manufacturers and experience fitting clients with hearing aids. Other questions included behavioural questions and tackling difficult situations at work environment.

They ask questions about your biggest achievement and stance on KPIs. They want to know how you'll refit clients. They want confidence in your ability to refit clients, and use financing options if possible.
