Felt like there was no prep and questions were typical and didn't feel i got to get sense of the company culture. Why did nobody know what the product was? IT team came across cold and almost arrogant. Thought the big draw of startup was the culture since the $ and benefits are lacking. Didn't see proof of it, most seemed bored and stressed.
Was told Amplifinity was sales driven. Not sure if Amplifinity knows that is a red flag for anyone in the company that doesn't sell. Probably should tell your exec team that this is not going to bring in or keep everyone else happy. In SV that's like the #1 reason your company sinks - when all they care about is selling. Fastest way to loose great employees.
