I only made it to the phone screen before getting rejected. Fast response time. Phone screening was the recruiter trying to assess if you have all the minimum qualifications for the role. There was supposed to be a coding assessment at the end but there was problem's on Ample end that prevented it.

It was 8 rounds and I was asked software questions, whose "correct" answers according to the interviewer are big no's in embedded software. Also, one of the founders was really kind and the other showed up late and spent 10 minutes berating me after asking what my biggest flaw was.
