Sold the dream, but not the reality. They make you think its a family and everyone is really nice during the process. It is a shame that changes in week 3. The owner was nice in the interview but not when I started.

Headhunted via LinkedIn about opportunities at Ampersand Consulting, but when I asked for further information via email, I was told there is "lots of information" and it was best to speak over the phone. So I scheduled a phone call. Whilst on the phone, the interviewer swore at least 3/4 times, made a few suggestive comments about other consultants across the business and said the reason I was being interviewed is because I am a female and we "need more of those in the industry". Also said there is a strict KPI of 2 hours phone time per day - stay clear! There are MANY better companies to work for out there.
