Initial screen with the recruiter, followed by interview with the team and hiring manager less than 2 weeks later. Everyone was nice and professional. Due to the pandemic everyone is currently working remote. Recruiter contacted me in about 2.5 weeks later and said I didn't get it and they were honest as to why (another candidate had more desired experience). This all took place a little bit over a month.
