Initial phone interview followed by a skills assessment test and then a personality assessment test. The actual interview was what really impressed me. Most of my interviews seemed like they were meant to weed applicants out, this interview seemed the exact opposite. It was more like how I would integrate into their team. I actually felt like I was a member of the team while being interviewed.
