There were multiple rounds with hiring manager, HR, and peer staff. Everyone was pleasant throughout the process. First was a phone screening followed by at least two to three in person rounds.

Tell us about a campaign or ad that you liked was one of the questions which I failed to give a good answer
There were three stages to the interview process, including a written test and two rounds of panel interviews. The written test was emailed to me and I had a day to email back my answers. Panel interviews were standard.
