Applied online, Interview was scheduled. The recruiter was a no-show; then rescheduled. Despite my mixed feelings about the no-show, I went ahead with the process and rescheduled the interview. Upon completion, there was little to no feedback as to what the next steps would be. It has been several weeks since the interview and I can assume that: they are not serious about the position, can't handle the volume of applicants, or I'm in the maybe pile.
