This was hands down the worst, most unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced in my career. I noticed the red flags early on, from getting a message about an interview three weeks after I applied with only one day and time option. There was no one to respond to as it was an automated system, so I cleared my schedule around this time. No one showed up. I passed this off as a scheduling issue, and was sent another invitation the following week. The first two interviews were standard, but the next red flags came when I was sent a more involved creative test than I have ever seen in the field. I was only given half the time they specified in the original document — five days — which wasn't enough time to complete what they had asked. I was hesitant to do so much unpaid work, but decided I was interested enough in the brand to try. After spending a week on this assignment, the interviewers arrived unprepared to view my work. After I finished, brief feedback was given and I was told someone would be in touch by the following afternoon. Lo and behold, I never heard a word back. I find this process beyond disrespectful to any serious creative who would consider working here, and would recommend you avoid.
