My interview w/ the department manager was a true enlightening experience to "what" Amicus stands for. Manager was knowledgeable, personable and very clear on her expectations "hard work and company that cares", found this ALL to be true. My one year anniversary is close and so grateful we both saw something GREAT in each other. Highly recommend this company, they are authentic.

Thorough. There was a phone interview first by the Human Resources department and then face to face with department supervisor. There was a background check and finger printing prior to hiring.
