First I had an initial interview with the recruiter. Once I moved on, I had to reach out to 2 people who were in the role I interviewed for at one point. I also had some paperwork to fill out then I had the second interview. The interview was with 3 people in which they rotated into my video room and had approximately 30 minutes to ask questions.

Great and open communication between Amica and its applicants. Speaking to members of the Amica team prior to employment is a great aspect of the process as it allows you to learn more about the company from people who have gone through the process
