Applied online and then had a phone screen interview with a recruiter. The interview was about 20 minutes long with them asking 3-5 general questions about my background. The rest of the time was them explaining the position and when they timeline of when the position would begin

The interview process was straightforward, but the final part of the interview with the CEO was horrible. He kept texting while in the middle of our conversation and acted as if I should be blessed to be in the same room as him. Overall all the other interviewers were respectful of our shared time, but his attitude is what made me decline the offer.
