Did two phone interviews and was waiting to hear back from them for their big hiring event where they bring a bunch of people in at the same time for interviews. Hiring managers just completely ghosted me then Covid hit so it didn't matter in the end but it was still a bit unprofessional.

Recruiter screening call followed by a few more phone calls and then a in-person panel interview with 3 different levels within the department. Levels varied from senior research associate to management to higher management.
