Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Amgen en mar 2016
Entrevista
I had a telephone interview with the hiring manager. It took about 1 hour. The hiring manager was pretty nice. He asked me some general questions and my background on my resume. Later on, he asked me very specific questions about my research experience. After three weeks, I was invited to on-site interview.

Three rounds, HR, hiring manager then with the team.
Overall it is pretty straightforward to describe your work experience and ask about related proficiencies. Team was friendly and helpful about getting to know the company and culture.

Interview was fairly standard. Questions were basic. It was only an online interview with the Principle Scientist after the initial HR phone screening. Was told in the interview they only hire the most qualified candidate. In rejection email "sorry, but we are going to hire a friend of someone that already works here" So if you want to work for Amgen, I hope you have the right friend, otherwise they'll never hire you. I heard they might hire you if you just graduated, but what about those of us that are mid-career?

The process was smooth. First with the HR, then is phone interview with the manager, lastly, it's the panel interview with the team.
Questions mainly focus on previous experience, technical experiences, and some behavior questions.
Feedback/response was provided within a week after the interview.
