We understand that interviewing can be a bit overwhelming and stressful and we do our best to make your experience a pleasant one! In addition to the interview, we do ask our candidates to take a typing test (and now, a basic computer skills test) so that we can better evaluate each candidate’s skills and experience. Customer Service Representatives must be able to navigate through multiple computer screens and type extensive and accurate notes into our proprietary system all while maintaining a helpful and positive conversation, resolving any issues within a certain amount of time. Every company has an interview process not only to evaluate skills and experience but also fit for the team and the company. We evaluate the candidates at every step of the process and regardless of experience, not every candidate is going to be a fit for the position they applied for.
