Received first interview within 3 days of applying. Conducted second interview on site next day and third interview minutes after. Supervisor was very honest and knowledgeable about the position and the company. Discussion was very back and forth, discussing what I was looking for, why I was leaving my current employer, and differences and similarities between current employer and their business structure. In the end they liked me, but there were too many similarities with their plant that matched why I was wanting to leave my current employer. We also determined that my approach and viewpoints of an ideal work environment did not match so interview ended and we moved on. Even after ending the interview the supervisor still wanted to take me on a tour since I had never been in that type of workplace before. It was unexpected, but a very positive ending as we just walked and talked till we ended the tour and I left the building. The supervisor of training definitely matched my ideal manager in personality and approach, but the job unfortunately did not. My recommendation is be up front and honest and they will help make sure your tge right fit. If you try to hide things, you'll only end up in a position you aren't happy.
