Awful experience. Started with a quick phone screen then it led to an in person interview. In-person interview was short and incredibly easy. The next round was a panel interview with 2 people from their corporate office. I was told that I'd hear at the beginnging of the week. Mon, Tues and Wednesday came and went without hearing anything. I sent thank you emails to all the interviewers and didn't get a single response back. On Friday I heard it was between me and another person but they went with the other. Recieved a call Monday saying that the orginal candidate was giving them issues and they'd "do anything to bring me on if I was interested." I told them I was. He said that i should expect an offer Tuesday morning in an email. Tuesday came and went and finally I called and got his voicemail. Finally, at 5:30 I got a TEXT MESSAGE from the guy saying "everything worked out with the original candidate and they'll keep my info on file." What I'm guessing they did was leverage me against the orginal candidate into getting him to accept a lower offer. Beware working with this company. Unethical.

Got less than 24 hours notice for interview. Had to take some 2 part assessment [ which is ridiculous ] and at the end of the interview , some Wonderlic I.Q. test! Ask any of your existing associates to take this and you would probably lose half your staff!
