It was very casual and almost didn't seem appropriate for an office setting. It was, however, still a normal interview. They ask the common questions (tell me about yourself, why do you wanna work with us, etc etc). It was very misleading, I will say, when I asked questions about the company, as it was very awkward when the interviewer was responding.
