Applied online got a call for a group interview a few weeks later. The group was pretty big about 25 people. We all got a tour of the warehouse then quick 1 on 1 interviews. After that they told us they were going to do background checks. I got a email a few days later for a drug test and physical/step test. After those I got a call with a job offer. A side note if you have even slightly high blood pressure they won't let you take the step test you'll have to get a doctors note to take it.

Supervisors interview you one on one after a brief overview and explanation of your jobs expectations and responsibilities. Parishable supervisor will interview you and grocery supervisor will interview you. If both supervisors agree on hiring you, then they give you a choice to pick when you want to begin working and it's up to you to go take a drug screening and physical strength test before your first day. In the mean time the hr recruiter will inform you about your background check, if everything is passed and hr recruiter has all the documents needed you start the Monday afterwards. My hiring process only took 4 days so they are very good at collaborating together for your susses, and trust me, they want you just as much as you want that pay check. If you think the supervisors don't know who you are then you are completely wrong, they watch everything you do in that place.
