Ghosted-Applied through their website, and their recruiter reached out to schedule an initial phone interview. I scheduled it through their calendly links and joined the teams meeting on the scheduled day/time but the meeting never started because nobody else joined and I waited for about 20 minutes (it was scheduled for only 15 minutes). I reached out 2x about rescheduling the meeting in case something happened but never heard back from them. They straight up ghosted me and was a waste of time.
