Short and to the point. They desperately need people so they are very quick to hire. The less experience you have the better because they don't want you to be "tainted" with other teaching practices.

Was hired at a hiring event. Had to bring in paperwork which I actually had forgotten on the way out the door. The lady was nice enough to let me fill it out there since I had driven from Provo. They told us a little bit about the company then we had to fill out a questionnaire about our experience and teaching philosophy. Next we were pulled out for individual interviews which included reading a passage and answering questions about it to test our reading/comprehension abilities. Questions she asked me were pretty easy and straightforward.
