The interview helped prepare me for what the job would look like. There was a practice script to see how I would sound/interact on the phone. I also participated in an exercise to test my ability to handle adversity on the phone.

The hiring process was quite simple and smooth. I was nervous and confused, however Hiring manager made everything easy. All interview rounds were simple and it was just a good interview experience. The entire process took one day.
