The human resources department will do an initial interview with the standard questions that you can google anywhere. where do you see yourself in 5 years, describe a conflict yada yada yada. They will forward their results to the hiring manager who may or may not interview you. The manager then gives human resources the name of who they want to hire and human resources will contact you to go over pay information, pay level, etc. you may also be required to do some initial testing at your first interview. microsoft, typing, filing, etc.

Entrevista
The interview process was pleasant. The HR recruiter explained everything well. I was informed of all the steps of the process and what to expect along the way. The people I met were great and made the interview go smoothly by asking many questions to get to the answers they wanted. I had never be to an interview quite like it before.
