I interviewed with two supervisors in a small conference room. They were very polite and asked me questions while reviewing my resume. Their questions were not overly difficult, but they did want to know things like: What is one bad thing your supervisor might say about you? They both took turns asking about my experience and they seemed like experienced interviewers. I had rehearsed my answers and was very prepared for this interview. I was surprised and disappointed when I received a declination letter in the mail the next week, and no invite for a second interview.
