The interview process was incredibly intense and long. I had to interview separately with 5 people - each at 30+ min. That's 2.5 hours out of my current job to interview. In addition, I was asked to complete a year-long communication plan which is a massive undertaking. After being assigned that they told me if I wanted to be paid for it, they would pay. But presented in a way that they assumed I wouldn't want to be paid.
