it was a Skype interview. All technical questions. I was selected. The HR discussed my package with me and told me that she would be sending the offer letter in2 days. Then again one day I received call from 1 guy from the company and he took telephonic interview. He told me another guy would be calling me and taking another interview. I gave 2 extra interviews after getting selected for the position and after being offered a position in the company. And then there was no reply from anyone - no one gave me any updates about my job status. Finally when I called back again after 2 weeks HR told me that the position was on hold and I would be considered in the next quarter. The entire process which was almost about 2 months was very frustrating with no ways to get answers. A company like Infosys pulls up a stunt like this is so shameful. They offer a job, negotiate salary and when they are ready to give offer letter...there requirements change. They should atleast have the courtesy to inform selected candidates that they dont have resources to hire talented people and they just were wasting our time with the stupid unorganized interview process.
