Entrevista
This company has a 5 step interview process (telephone, 1 on 1, group, 2 on 1, 1 on 1). I knew someone who worked here so she interviewed me first and gave me a run down of the info. Then I did a personality test and went to a group interview, where the regional manager gave a presentation and went over compensation and company history. I was invited back to a 4th and then 5th interview and was offered the position and accepted.

1st interview was a phone interview. Then I was directed to come to the Memphis office for a 2nd interview. Once there, the second interview progressed to a 3rd group interview, at which point I had to walk away because it was for selling life insurance and I had to return to school to get licensure.

Filled out a quick form, had first "interview" where they asked for me to tell them about myself, then another form, then everyone was lead to the basement to see a presentation about the company, then second "interview" where I was asked what I liked most about the job. Job is a scam, they didn't even acknowledge what I applied for. I was interviewed for a sales position. I had no interest.

Horrible. No eye contact. They made me go through a second interview. Then offered me the job and said they would call me. I never heard from them again. No communication or follow up whatsoever. Ironically, now that I am working somewhere else (but still seeking employment) AIL always calls me for an interview.
