This was a 3 part interview. #1- basic meet and greet- Q&A re: home technology setup and general experience #2- Deeper into experience, a few company details in video format #3- If you make it this far, it's a more in-depth personal interview with videos about company and compensation

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.

It was easy. Mostly behavioural questions. It was went for about 1 hour. Some common questions were Tell me more about yourself, about your previous job, what drives you towards AIL.
