Entrevista
I applied for what I thought was a case management position. was invited to a 30 minute video-interview which ended up being a 5-presentation where I was told that the position requires sales (having policy adjudicators sell policies is illegal in Canada)
I was also told that the position would be commission-only, that I would be expected to work non-traditional business hours, that I would have to pay $250 for an online course, $240 for a provincial licensing exam and a $300 licensing fee prior to being hired.
I was invited to "job shadow" a sames associate which I declined as the positon is not as advertised, and the whole vibe of the organisation does not sit well with me. I am pretty sure that this could be a scam.
supposeidly once I completed the shaddow, I would be interviewed by sr. management and "almost certainly" offered a position.

The only question I was asked was my current job title.

Easy and quick interview process. Understable and efficient. Though did not clarify it was just commission, made it seem like you make 80,000 salary non commission but remember this is 100% comission

Straight forward and to the point. Was given clear understanding of insurance industry and what was required to enter it. Was told leads would be provided and it is commission work.

Misleading. First off, I did not know what company I was interviewing with until the interview started. Second, I think that they do this so that you cannot google them. Turns out it is a MLM...
