The interview process started out with a webinar which was odd and then followed up with a questionnaire to determine if you would be fit for the position. It all happened very quickly and seemed like an over sell. While the people there all seem great, it wasn't for me.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.

It was easy. Mostly behavioural questions. It was went for about 1 hour. Some common questions were Tell me more about yourself, about your previous job, what drives you towards AIL.

I’ve only started with the beginning stages of the interview process, but so far I am extremely enthused. They are very informative, as well as provide lots of opportunity for growth in the company.
