It was a webinar first then a questionaire. If you passed then you got an individual interview and then it was fine after that. It was a 30 minute interview. All commission based.

Fun and informative , the company has agencies within the company that act as independent subsidiaries. The Andre McCollum agency seems to be a lively place to be at and the atmosphere is great.
