Clear as mud. The staff was very nice but unsure of what their roll in the interview were. I wasn't clear on what the companies name was until 20 minuets into the 2nd interview. I found out about the position on Craigs List. The add mentioned "The McIntosh Group" and led me to believe, they were somehow related. The staff apparently tried to make every applicant feel like a fit for the job. The interview was setup to make you feel like you were graduating to the next round. (everyone graduates to the next round). After you sit through a long uninformative video, the staff gives you a sales pitch. The worst punchline I have ever heard "Your past has brought you to AIL". Made me cringe. I had to stop myself from laughing out loud several times during the interview.
