I was contacted via phone informing me that they found my resume on a job board somewhere, barely given any information about the company other than this position works with benefits for labor unions. I tried to ask specifics about the job, and the recruiter danced around the question and told me I would be given more specific information at the interview. I googled the address and should have known it was insurance sales and a waste of my time (I have a law degree...Not interested in this kind of work) but I went anyway. Lo and behold, i get in there and they dance around the question when I ask what this job is. I had to directly ask if it was insurance sales and if pay was based on performance in order to get a clear answer. My advice to HR or upper level officials: be HONEST over the phone to candidates about the job if they ask questions. I was not informed specifics of what this job was, and I took time out of my bar exam prep schedule only to have it wasted.

Interview mainly informative, not many questions were asked. Made to pay for insurance license at time of interview. A lot of paperwork. Quickly hired possibly due to high turnover. The entire process felt rushed.

Very simple and great process. Communications are great. They offer webinars that makes the jobs seem greater than what it really is. When honestly the job can be what you make it but you have to put in a lot of time to the point you have none left for yourself and family.
