Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en American Income Life (Vancouver, BC) en jun 2017
Entrevista
After a couple of days I applied for the job online, I received a call for an interview. I asked more information about the job as the description was very vague and I was told more information will be given during the interview. The interview is initially a 1:1 with very generic questions and after that a group presentation of the company, which seemed more like a sales pitch to convince you to join.
I don't like how vague they are about the job at the beginning. It's a sales job, I'm sure some people can be very good at it and make a lot of money with it, but they should be more clear to avoid wasting other people's time.
Pushy attitude from the interviewers. They were essentially trying to get me to sign on the a pyramid scheme where they took a percentage of the sales I generated. They also wanted to to pay up front for the training course which was a red flag for me.
You first attend a zoom meeting/ presentation regarding the overview of the job and the benefits of the position. If you take the survey, they will review your resume and, if you are a good fit, they will contact you further to set up an interview. From there, you undergo the interview, which gives you more information on the position and then, if you have performed well, an offer is made.

What was my experience and if I was willing to get a license/certification.
It was fairly straight forward. There were 3 interviews and a coupled zoom calls. Still deciding if I should still with them. They seem really nice. There is no base salary, all commison and all remote as well
